The first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we explore current concerns, personal and mental health history, and goals for care. We also explore how your past experiences may be influencing emotional well-being and daily functioning now.

Medications are not always needed. Treatment is collaborative and personalized. When appropriate, we’ll consider conservative options such as lifestyle changes, behavioral strategies, supplements, and therapy.
